Services for Kenneth Wayne “Kenny” Richardson, 48, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10 am on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
He was born on February 18, 1970 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Mina Lou (Patterson) Richardson and Jimmie Wesley Richardson and passed away on July 20, 2018 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Kenny graduated from Sallisaw High School in 1988 and from Kiamichi Technology Center in Spiro, OK. He was a talented carpet installer, carpenter and brick mason. He worked for Shumate Tile as a tile setter’s helper. He also managed cattle for his family farm.

1 daughter: Kimberly Jo (Richardson) Victory and husband, Taylor of Sallisaw, OK

the apple of his eye, his granddaughter: Tynlea RaeAnn Victory of Sallisaw, OK

mother: Mina (Patterson) Richardson of Sallisaw, OK

1 sister: Shannon (Richardson) Ridener and husband, Rob of Clarksville, TN

1 brother: James Richardson and wife, Donna of Vian, OK

1 niece: Casey Ridener and husband, Clint Dowland of Amherst, NY

1 aunt: Linda Self and husband, Gary of Ada, OK

a host of family and friends who loved him

He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Richardson

Active pallbearers will be Bob Shumate, Wyatt Shumate, Ed Upchurch, Jason Hill, Darrell Cardwell and Gene Meadows.
Honorary pallbearers will be Sallisaw High School and Central High School graduating classes of 1988 .

Viewing will be 10 am – 8 pm Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 pm Tuesday.
