Memorial Service for Kevin Dale Lewis, 60, of Chelsea, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Lee’s Chapel Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Kevin Dale Lewis was born September 26, 1961 in Fort Smith, Arkansas and passed this life on March 18, 2022 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 60.

He was a 1989 graduate of Broken Arrow High School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He was an accomplished artist in chalks, pencils, and paints. He was proud of his Cherokee Heritage and many of his paintings depicted the Indian Culture.

He is survived by 2 sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous other family members.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Lewis Bowman; one sister, Kenda Dene Cook; and one brother, Keith Benson Cook.
