Kim (Batchelder) Deslaurier

Memorial service for Kim DesLaurier, 58 of Morrilton, AR, formerly of Sallisaw, OK will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

She was born on November 28, 1963 in Northampton, Massachusetts to Phyllis Edna (Burdick) Batchelder and Alfred Stanley Batchelder and passed away on November 14, 2022 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Kim was a 1981 graduate of Sallisaw High School and an LPN. She loved fishing, arts and crafts and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors are her husband, Bill Chism of the home; one daughter, Kristen; four sons, T.J. Foster of the home, Tyler Lamb of Gans, OK, Brandon Melendez of Atkins, AR and Larry DesLaurier of Panama, OK; two brothers, Stephen Batchelder of Florida and Keith Batchelder of Sallisaw, OK; one sister, Mary Batchelder of Sallisaw, OK; one step-son, Michael Chism of the home; five grandchildren, Aireanna, Elektra, Jayce, Serenity and Deja; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Lee Ball; twin sons, Mathew and Mark and her parents.

Viewing will be 4 – 8 pm Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
