Funeral Service for Leon William Barnes, 86, of Roland, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Blackjack Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on September 24, 1934 in Gans, Oklahoma to Josie (Taylor) Barnes and Joseph Fillmore Barnes and passed away on March 26, 2021 in Roland, Oklahoma. He was a Plant Manager for Riverside Furniture.
Survivors are:
2 daughters: Debbie Powers of Garland, TX and Susan Snyder of Ft. Smith, AR;
4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren;
1 sister: Lorene of Roland, OK;
3 brothers: Herbert Barnes of Muldrow, OK, Alton Barnes of Redland, OK and Vernon Barnes of Redland, OK;
several other relatives and friends.
Active Pallbearers will be Herbert Barnes, Rick Pendergrass, Chad Pratt, Wayne Wiederhold, Kenny Barnes and Justin DiGiacinto.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Billy Powers, Jr., Robert Powers, Jimmy Barnes, George Sutton and Bruton Lodge #30.
Viewing will be 1 – 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6-8 PM.
