Logan Lee Pearson

Funeral Service for Logan Lee Monroe Pearson, 26, of Roland, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Roland City Cemetery in Roland, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on January 19, 1995 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Terri (Wright) Gipson and Jerry Monroe Pearson and passed away on July 19, 2021 in Starksville, Mississippi. Logan was a student at Mississippi State University working on his Masters Degree in Geology. He was aspiring to be a teacher of Geology and Paleontology. He loved hiking, kayaking, fishing, hammocking and anything that he could do outdoors. Logan was a huge fan of playing games with his family.

Survivors are:

father: Jerry Monroe Pearson of Roland, OK;

mother: Terri Lee Gipson and James of Greenwood, AR;

1 sister: Hannah Pearson of Roland, OK;

nephew: Henry Zimmerman of Roland, OK;

grandparents: Gary and Lavonne Pearson of Roland, OK and Bob and Phyllis Wright of Van Buren, AR;

uncle: Larry Pearson and Stephanie of Roland, OK;

cousins: Ethan Pearson, Emilee Vandenberg and Elisabeth Corbit;

numerous other aunts, uncles, other cousins and many friends;

his four-legged companion: Lucy the Great Dane.

Pallbearers will be Ethan Pearson, Nathan Byrd, Dillon Corbit, Kyle Vandenberg, Derek Gipson and Preston Liles.

Viewing and Visitation will be Noon – 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
