Lois (Taylor) Mobley

Funeral Service for Lois (Taylor) Mobley, 84, of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 3:00 PM on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Muldrow Church of God in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on June 16, 1937 in Muldrow, Oklahoma to Gladys Adeline (Huggins) Taylor and Thomas Franklin Taylor and passed away on May 29, 2022 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was married to Thomas Bradford Mobley on May 2, 1953 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on February 11, 2008. Lois was a hard worker who had endless energy. She retired from Pet Partners in Muldrow. She loved all of God’s creations, the birds, the trees and the animals. Lois loved her family and friends and was a woman of faith, which she showed throughout her life.

Survivors are:

3 daughters, Debbie Corbell and Bobby of Albuquerque, NM, Brenda Whitman and fiancé, Gary Powell, of Aubrey, TX and Stacey Church and Robert of Lafayette, LA;

9 grandchildren, William Corbell, Andrew Corbell, Christopher Corbell, Amie Wozniak, Matthew Whitman, Jessica Church, Regan Church, Austin Church and Alex Church;

11 great-grandchildren;

1 sister, Dodie Roberds of Muldrow, OK;

2 nieces, Leona Gann and Linda Gann;

and several other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Mobley; son-in-law, Michael Whitman; parents, Frank and Gladys Taylor; and one sister, Margaret Esner.

Active Pallbearers will be Bobby Corbell, Robert Church, Gary Powell, William Corbell, Andrew Corbell and Christopher Corbell.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Austin Church, Alex Church, Matthew Whitman, Chris Wozniak and Scott Whitman.

Viewing will be 4 – 8 PM Thursday at Muldrow Church of God in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
