Louise (Young) Harvell

Funeral Service for Louise Harvell, 88, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Eastside Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc. 

She was born on April 5, 1936 in Pennsylvania to George and Christene Young and passed away on December 7, 2024 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. She was married to Kenneth Dale Harvell on January 18, 1956 in Florida. He preceded her in death on March 11, 2023. Mrs. Harvell was a seamstress. 

Survivors are one daughter, Amy Akins and Steve of Muldrow, OK; five sons, Kevin Harvell and Jeanett of Muldrow, OK, Grayson Harvell and Di of Norman, OK, Scott Harvell and Susan Tolbert of Poteau, OK, Barry Harvell and Lori Pence of Muldrow, OK and Lance Harvell and Rhonda of Muldrow, OK; several grandchildren and step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Millie, Dottie and Babe; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and two sisters, Myrtle and Pat.

Active Pallbearers will be Kevin Harvell, Grayson Harvell, Scott Harvell, Barry Harvell, Lance Harvell and Steve Akins. 

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dennis Day, Courtland Oliver and Perry Broyles. 

Viewing will be 10 AM - 8 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 - 8 PM.
