Lula Bell (Tweedy) Maness

Services for Lula Bell Maness, 80 of Tulsa, Oklahoma, will be at 11 am on April 21, 2018 at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma with Rev. Craig Clark officiating under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on July 26, 1937 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Stella Mae (Wood) Tweedy and Will R. Tweedy and went home to be with the Lord on April 18, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She attended Sallisaw Central where she played guard on the girls’ basketball team and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

Daughter: Tammy Bartlett of Ft. Smith, AR

Son: Duane Maness of Ft. Smith, AR

3 Grandsons: Corey, Jared, and Matthew Bartlett

5 Great Grandchildren: Anna Holmes, Emma, Reece, and Tyler Bartlett, and Melody Lac

2 Sisters: Loyce Marshall and Dorothy Jones of Texas

1 brother and sister in law: LeRoy and Glenda Tweedy of Tulsa, OK

Sister in law: Melba Tweedy of Tulsa, OK

A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends

She was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Stella (Wood) Tweedy; sisters, Elsie Johnson and Dora Marie Hale; and brothers, Wilbern, Robert, and Shelby Tweedy

Viewing will be Friday from 10 am – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
