Lula Mae (Standefer) Scott

Cremation Service for Lula Mae (Standifer) Scott, 82, of Clayton, Oklahoma is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on December 3, 1938 in Sardis, Oklahoma to Mabel (O’Neal) Standefer and Otis Standefer and passed away on November 7, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.  She formerly worked at Dixie Cupp and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

daughter, Kelly Elkins and Tim of Roland, OK;

five grandchildren, Brittnie, Evan, Lacey, Casey and Abe;

eight great-grandchildren;

daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Edwards;

and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Kent Edwards and Carl Edwards; 1st husband, Ralph Edwards; 2nd husband, Rex Scott, Jr.; parents; two sisters, Betty Jo and Wyvanee; and one brother, John.
