Funeral Service for Lynda Kay Hill, 83 of Fort Smith, Arkansas will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on April 4, 1939 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Evelyn K. (Wages) Edgmon and Coy Edgmon and passed away on June 20, 2022 in Huntington, Arkansas. She was married to Charles Edward Hill on May 30, 1979 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on December 4, 2013. She was retired from the district attorney’s office and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors are:
son, Rick Callahan and Gwen of Edmond, OK;
granddaughter, Summer Callahan Albertson and Jimmy of Fort Smith, AR;
grandson, Coy Callahan of Fort Smith, AR;
2 great-grandchildren, Shiloh Brook Albertson and River James Albertson;
step-daughter, Pat Williams and Steve of Florida;
and several other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Hill; and her parents, Coy and Evelyn Edgmon.
Viewing will be 4 – 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
