He was born on March 31, 1955 in Fresno, California to Katherine (McCollough) Perkins and Jay Perkins and passed away on May 17, 2020 in Vian, Oklahoma. He was married to Ellen Comfort Perkins on June 10, 2000 in Tenkiller, OK. Mr. Perkins was ranch foreman of Renbarger Farms.

Survivors are:

wife: Ellen of the home;

2 daughters: Rhonda Heberer of Crystal City, MO and Elayne Munn and Daniel of Colonial Beach, VA;

3 grandchildren;

mother: Katherine Perkins of Nicoma Park, OK;

1 sister: Brenda Tuberville and Jack of Clinton, TN;

1 brother: Randy Perkins and Sheila of Harrah, OK;

several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, 1 son: David and grandson: Chad.
