Funeral Service for Macie Jeanette (Lee) Tubbs, 62, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Watts Holiness Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Drakestand Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on June 2, 1959 in Rockford, Illinois to Velma Juanita (Waters) Lee and Herbert Dempsey Lee and passed away on February 12, 2022 in Vian, Oklahoma. She was married to Mike Tubbs on July 27, 1979 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a legal secretary for Dan George Law Offices and retired in 2009.

Survivors are:

Husband, Mike of the home;

Daughter, Myka Gremillion and Chris of Lake Tenkiller, OK;

Granddaughter, Macie Gremillion of Lake Tenkiller, OK;

Sister, Tricia Yates and Tony of Sallisaw, OK;

Brother, Edward Lee of Brooken Cove, OK;

Mother-in-Law, Louise Tubbs of Sallisaw, OK;

and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Mitch Tubbs; and her parents.

Active Pallbearers will be Chris Gremillion, Edward Lee, Jarrett Heatherington, Rodney Howerton, Steve Scott and Jeff Flute.

Honorary Pallbearers will be The Prairie Girls.

Viewing will be 1 – 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
