He was born on February 10, 1948 in Alabama to Ruth (Leach) Miller and Kyle Miller and passed away on January 23, 2024 in Vian, Oklahoma. He was married to Shirley Jean Miller on March 6, 1994 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Miller was a truck driver.

Survivors are wife, Shirley of the home; five daughters, Lisa, Iona, Tiona, Shawneen and Nicole; two sons, Mack Miller Jr. and Gary Miller; several grandchildren; one sister, Mary Mills of Oak Ridge, TN; one brother, Johnny Miller of Clinton, TX; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kathy Miller Simms.
