Funeral Service for Maddox Creed Poindexter of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Marble City Cemetery in Marble City, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on January 26, 2024 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Nikki (Morris) Poindexter and Dakota Poindexter and passed away on January 26, 2024 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Survivors are parents, Dakota and Nikki Poindexter of the home; two brothers, AlexXander McCallister and Mason Poindexter, both of the home; paternal grandparents, Jennifer and Ron Taylor of Sallisaw, OK; maternal grandparents, Larissa and Jake Wardius of Sallisaw, OK; paternal great-grandparent, Judy Phillips of Sallisaw, OK; one uncle, John Poindexter of Sallisaw, OK; two aunts, Britany Palacios and Rafael of Tulsa, OK and Ashley Taylor of Checotah, OK; and Clarissa Thomason of Sallisaw, OK.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Ava Lola and Warren G. Honeycutt; and one great-uncle, Mark Phillips.

Active Pallbearers will be TJ Honeycutt, Jason Stegall, John Poindexter and Gavin Aloway-Brashers.

Visitation will be 6 – 8 PM Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
