Margaret Ann (George) Sutton

Funeral Service for Margaret Ann (George) Sutton, 82, of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Liberty Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on August 26, 1940 in Maryville, Tennessee to Della (Henry) George and Walter George and passed away on December 8, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Clayton Sutton on September 5, 1959 in Santa Paula, California. She was a retired Registered Nurse for St. Edwards Hospital and a member of Liberty Assembly of God Church.

Survivors are husband, Clayton Sutton of the home; two daughters, Brenda Elmore of Roland, OK and Gail Sutton of Booneville, AR; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mary Rouse and Shirley Resch; two brothers, Larry and Phillip George; and one grandson, Dalton Sutton.

Viewing will be 4 – 8 PM Monday and 10 AM – 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK.
