Funeral Service for Maridel “Mary” (Webster) McClure, 78, of Vian, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 8, 2021 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on February 9, 1942 in Tulare, California to Beulah (Jackson) Dunn and George Leslie Webster and passed away on January 2, 2021 in Vian, Oklahoma. She was married to Paul James McClure on April 15, 1959 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith.

Survivors are:

husband: Paul McClure of the home;

3 daughters: Karen Brown of Poteau, OK, Paula Thomas and Jimmy of Vian, OK and Barbara Victory of Vian, OK;

3 sons: Paul McClure, Jr. of Ft. Smith, AR, Donnie McClure and Lara of Vian, OK and Allen McClure of Philippines;

numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson;

5 sisters: Helen McHenry of Sallisaw, OK, Fay Webster of Sallisaw, OK, Virginia “Skeeter” Dunn of Muskogee, OK, Mary Francis Gilbert of Muskogee, OK and Patricia Dunn of Sallisaw, OK;

7 brothers: William “Chooch” Webster and Yevonne of Vian, OK, Jack Webster and Virginia of Texas, William “Pete” Webster and Sabrina of Texas, Edgar “Bo” Webster and Donna of Vian, OK, Ricky Dunn and Cindy of Texas, James “Judge” Dunn of Muskogee, OK and Danny “Bebe” Dunn and Denise of Gore, OK;

several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George “Buster” Webster an Beulah Jackson Dunn; one granddaughter, Tammy Paulette Brown; one great-grandson, Christopher Morton; four sisters, Maryvolan Webster, Lily Webster, Georgia Whittenburg and Kathy Buttery; four brothers, Charles “Tony” Webster, Raymond “Dude” Webster, Rex “Joe” Dunn and Darrell Gilbert; and son-in-law, Paul Brown.

Active Pallbearers will be Mac White, Michael Craighead, Dustin Thomas, Jimmy Thomas, II, Dakota Robinette and R.J. Akins.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Customers of M.C.’s Cafe, Delbert Spears and Johnny Ellis.

Viewing and Visitation will be 10 AM – 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
