Marshall "Mellow - Mylow" Reeves

Marshall "Mellow" Reeves, 35, of Gans, Oklahoma is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Marshall was born on April 14, 1990 in Fort Smith, Arkansas and passed away on April 23, 2025. He was the son of Kelly Reeves and Linda Huckey of Gans, Oklahoma and Dale and Bonnie Reeves of Greenwood, Arkansas. Marshall had the most wonderful two years up on his mountain with family being sober and enjoying life to the fullest. His days were filled with he and Linda doing yard work and going on fishing trips. Linda and Mellow were buddies up on the mountain. He lived next door to his grandmother "Mamaw" who he truly adored. He would pop in and out of her cabin to see if she needed anything, that was her Mylow. His Dadio was his world. When you saw Mars walking around with his phone in his hand, then you knew it was his Dad he was talking to. We believed, as we always did, that he would overcome his disease and make the life up on the mountain for himself that he deserved. Marshall was at peace on the mountain, but his addiction stalked him and stole him once again. Although Marshall was a strong man, his battle skills were no match for the disease of addiction. Though we would have paid any ransom to have him back, any price in the world, this disease would not let him go until he was gone.

In addition to his parents, he had a son, Nicoli Reeves and a daughter, Lua Reeves; two sisters that he truly adored, Christene Kuykendall and Tammy Reasor, as well as his blended family brother and sister, Matt Huckey and Trista Jetton; grandfather, Rodney Reeves; grandmother, Sharon Taylor; his very best friend, Marcus Mays; and several other relatives and friends.

A memorial will be set at a later date for family and friends.
