Funeral Service for Martha Lou (Waters) Bledsoe, 72, of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Blackjack Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
She was born on January 28, 1949 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Bessie (Eagle) Cason and Ted Waters and passed away on July 21, 2021 in Vian, Oklahoma. She was married to Jerry Bledsoe on October 27, 1979 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on June 15, 1997. She was formerly a beautician and of the Pentecostal faith. She loved fishing, gardening, ministering through gospel music, singing and she dearly loved her Lord and Savior.

12 Grandchildren: Racheal Walker and Trevis of Hartford, AR, Amanda Howell of Roland, OK, Justin DeLozier of Muldrow, OK, C.J. Cottrell and Claire of Muldrow, OK, Natisha and Grover Edwards of Florida, Brandie Arnold and Ken of Bixby, OK, Brayson Laney of Fort Smith, AR, Jason Duff and Cassie of Bella Vista, AR, Clayton Duff and Peyton of Bella Vista, AR, Patrick Bledsoe, James Bledsoe and Makayla Erwin;
23 Great-Grandchildren;
1 Sister: Carolyn Patterson and Rick of Muldrow, OK;
1 Brother: Jerry Waters of Sapulpa, OK;
Numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Bledsoe; parents, Ted Waters and Bessie Cason; beloved step-father, J.D. Cason; one grandson, Mathew Lee Howell; four brothers, Ted Waters, Jr., John Waters, Roy Lee “Toby” Waters and Bobby Waters; and her beloved four-legged companion, Princess.
Pallbearers will be Steve Waters, John Waters, James Waters, Donald Williams, Ed Williams, Justin DeLozier and C.J. Cottrell.
Viewing and Visitation will be 10 AM – 8 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
