Mary (Euresti) Flores

Funeral Service for Mary Flores, 64, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Greater New Bethel Baptist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Mary was born on July 10, 1958 in Fentress, Texas to Janie (Silva) Hernandez and Donato Euresti and passed away on August 11, 2022 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was the second of nine children.

Mary’s hobbies were yard selling behind her daughter Angie’s back, playing games on her tablet, watching her Novelas (Spanish Soap Operas) and caring for her grand kids, Amie and Bear Bear. She had a love for plants. She loved calling her daughters and asking, “What you doing?” We would say, “Nothing, Madré, why?” She would say, “Just checking, bye.” She loved joking around with her Son-in-Law, Brother (Charles), saying, “This is how we do it in the no town, Brother.”

She was united with Greater New Bethel Baptist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma and Mary’s prayer was for her loved ones to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior.

Survivors are:

6 children, Reggie Euresti of VIan, OK, Angelic and Charles “Brother” Roberts of Sallisaw, OK, Jimmy Euresti and fiancé, Marci, of Fresno, CA, Joshua Lemon and Olivia of Martinsville, VA, Jennifer Euresti of Los Angeles, CA and Amanda Arredonda of Sallisaw, OK;

father, Donato Euresti and step-mom, Liria, of Georgia;

4 sisters, Mary Jane, JoAnne and Ed and Guillermina and Rose Mary of San Marcus, TX;

2 brothers, Donato, Jr. of San Marcus, TX and Juan of Indiana;

29 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way;

and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Janie Silva; one sister, Julia Hernandez; and one brother, Rudy Euresti.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Friday, August 19, 2022, at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
