Funeral Service for Mary Frances (Cassady) Jackson, 87, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at First Christian Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on March 20, 1934 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Clara Alva (Folsom) Cassady and Ray Alvin Cassady and passed away on May 15, 2021 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was married to Lloyd Kenneth Jackson on December 31, 1952 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She formerly worked in the Bookkeeping Department for National Bank of Sallisaw and retired from the Sequoyah County Clerks office. She was a member of the First Christian Church for more than 67 years. The family would like to give a special “Thank You” to caregivers: JoAnn Fears, Lisa Israel, Tara Alzate, Kerrye Lawson, Loretta McCauley, and previous caregiver Angela McDonald.

Survivors are:

husband: Lloyd Kenneth Jackson of the home;

3 daughters: Elaine Stephens and Mike of Sallisaw, OK, Vicki Echols and Steve of Vian, OK and Lori Reed and Steve of Sallisaw, OK;

8 grandchildren: Shea Humphrey and Samantha, Brooke Roberts, Jeff Humphrey, Chase Humphrey, Zac Melton and April, J.B. Melton and Jessica, Lana Ray and Josh and Melanie Sparks;

12 great-grandchildren;

2 sisters: Charlotte Burr and Deloyd of Alma, OK and Sandy Mayhan and John of Vian, OK;

2 brothers: Don Cassady and Darlene of Muldrow, OK and Bill Cassady of Sallisaw, OK;

1 sister-in-law: Pat Cassady of Sallisaw, OK;

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother: C.B. Cassady; and one great-granddaughter, Hannah Grace Roberts.

Active Pallbearers will be Shea Humphrey, Jeff Humphrey, Chase Humphrey, Zac Melton, J.B. Melton and Tommy Roberts, III.
