Graveside Services for Mary Thaxton Honeycutt, 80, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma were held at 1:00 PM on August 26, 2019 at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Paducah, Texas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Mary Thaxton Honeycutt was born on November 1, 1938 in Vernon, Texas to Ruby L. (Johnson) James and C.L. James and passed away on August 18, 2019 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was married to Zeke Honeycutt on August 20, 1999 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on April 17, 2014. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

2 daughters: Diane Thaxton of Sallisaw, OK and Kathreen Hall of Checotah, OK;

1 son: Bob Martin of AZ;

grandchildren: Mark Hall, Becky Hall, Angel Herrera, James Martin and Melissa Martin.

She was preceded in death by her daughter: Carol Anne Martin, 1st husband: Tommie Thaxton, 2nd husband: Zeke Honeycutt, her parents and 2 brothers: Billy and Sonny James.

Viewing was Noon – 8 PM on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
