Drive up funeral services for E4 Specialist Mason Taylor Ward, 20 of Gore, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 10,2 020 at First Baptist Church in Gore, Oklahoma. Private burial will be at White Cemetery in Gore, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on November 7, 1999 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Amanda Dawn (Watts) Ward and Christon Thomas Ward and passed away on April 7, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Mason was a full-time student at Northeastern State University and a member of the Army National Guard.

Survivors are:

mother: Amanda Ward of Gore, OK;

father: Chris Ward of Muskogee, OK;

2 sisters: Tesa Ward of Gore, OK and Kristen Ward of Gore, OK;

grandparents: Joe and Grace Elliott of London, AR, Willie Watts, Sr. of Gore, OK, Jolene Ward of Warner, OK and Art Hayes of Vian, OK;

aunts: Katrina Mannon and Shane of Gore, OK, and Carrie Ward of Bourbon, MO;

uncles: Willie Ray Watts, Jr. of Muskogee, OK, James Ward of Steelville, MO and Jason Ward of Steelville, MO;

numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother: Theresa Watts.

Viewing will be 10 am – 4 pm Thursday at Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore, OK. where visitors will be limited to 10 at a time.
