She was born on June 21, 1955 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Maxine (Buzzard) Maynard and Clyde Maynard and passed away on October 19, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a general laborer.

Survivors are:

3 daughters: Kim Cochran of Vian, OK, Gina Taylor and Shawn of Van Buren, AR and Arianna Rosin of Tahlequah, OK;

2 grandchildren: Brandon Cochran and Cody Cochran;

3 sisters: Sue Gladden of Sallisaw, OK, Christine Gibson of Marble City, OK and Margarita Coday of Sallisaw, OK;

2 brothers: Rex Taylor of Alma, AR and Tommy Taylor of Muldrow, OK;

numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends;

companion: David Sells of Marble City, OK;

She was preceded by her daughter, Teri Lynn Urban; her sister, Lela Umerteske and one brother, Samuel Taylor.
