Melvin T. Mccoy

Graveside service for Melvin T. McCoy, 81 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 21, 2020 at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on June 23, 1939 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Ada (Fixin) McCoy and Lee McCoy and passed away on September 16, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was married to Linda (Proctor) MCoy on February 10, 1967 in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. McCoy was a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam War and worked in maintenance at Holley Carburetor.

Survivors are:

wife: Linda of the home;

3 daughters: Pam Cravatt of Tahlequah, OK, Melissa McCoy of Sallisaw, OK and Patricia Fields of Sallisaw, OK;

1 son: Keith McCoy of Sallisaw, OK;

5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren;

3 brothers: Calvin McCoy of Tahlequah, OK, George McCoy Sallisaw, OK and Marvin McCoy and Helena of Marble City, OK;

several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Viewing will be Sunday 2 – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
