2024. He was born on November 6, 1958 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Norma Francis (Wagers)
Rogers and Herman J. Rogers, Jr. He was married to Kathryn (Hug) Rogers on October 22, 1983

to let people know they were special. He was blessed to have great friends and family, as well as, a
wonderful church family at First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow. Over the years, he belonged
to several different organizations and community activities locally and statewide such as, Redland
