He was born on May 21, 1957 in Greenfield, Indiana to Betty Jean (Pyles) Montgomery and Donald Wayne Busby and passed away on August 18, 2018 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was a finish carpenter.

He was preceded in death by 1 sister, Rhonda Morgan and 1 brother, Jim Montgomery
