Funeral Service for Minerva June (Lack) Calloway Tinney, 92, of Gans, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Gans Cemetery in Gans, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on June 3, 1929 in Harford, Illinois to Nancy Ethel (Bracy) Lack and Fred Mancle Lack and passed away on May 6, 2022 in Gans, Oklahoma. She was married to Raymond Tinney on July 26, 1981 in Poteau, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on July 19, 1999. She was a retired educator and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

5 sons, Mancle Calloway of Gans, OK, Larry Calloway and Dee of Sallisaw, OK, Louis Calloway and Menchu of Van Buren, AR, David Calloway and Teresa of Arvada, CO and Bobby Calloway of Gans, OK;

4 daughters, Gail Seamster of Huntington, AR, Paula Wiggins and Russell of Van Buren, AR, Nyla Jacobs of Gans, OK and Fonda Clopton and Anthony of Shady Point, OK;

23 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild on the way;

2 brothers, Coy Lack and Jayne of Redwing, MN and Bill Lack of Gans, OK;

1 sister, Lynne Gee of Gans, OK;

and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one son, Marshall Lloyd Calloway; one grandson, Joshua Jacobs; her parents; husband, Raymond Tinney; and eight siblings, Mancle Bracy Lack, Nova Shirlene Lack, Freddie Lack, Farris Lack, Mary Lou Lack, Helen Fout, Myrtle Riva and Shirley Nelson Lack.

Active Pallbearers will be Brason Calloway, Jarrod Calloway, Steven Seamster, Jaime Jacobs, Joseph Jacobs, Matthew Jacobs, Anthony Clopton, Nick Calloway, Chris Folks, Chris Stempien, Rusty Wiggins, Daniel Wiggins and Bobby Byrd.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
