Funeral Service for Myrl Wooden, 81 of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Maple Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Family requests that masks be worn at the service.

He was born on February 17, 1939 in Jones, Louisiana to Agnes (Robinet) Wooden and Jeff Davis Wooden and passed away on January 20, 2021 in Roland, Oklahoma. He was married to Velma (Walkup) Wooden on August 21, 1982 in Barling, Arkansas. Mr. Wooden was a carpenter and retired from Riverside Furniture.
Survivors are:
wife: Velma of the home;
2 sons: Fred Wooden of Muldrow, OK and Jay Wooden and Melissa of Ft. Smith, AR;
4 grandchildren: Rhett Wooden and Caitlyn, Joshua Wooden, Kaylee Wooden and Emily Wooden;
3 brothers: Billy Wooden of Greenwood, AR, Johnny Wooden of Ft. Smith, AR and Quitman Wooden of Alma, AR;
several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Jeff and Agnes Wooden, 2 sisters: Daisy Wooden and Madella Bates and 2 brothers: Jeff and Earl Wooden.
Active Pallbearers will be Fred Wooden, Jay Wooden, Adrian Russell, Hayden Russell, Larry Click and Rick Creekmore.
Viewing and Visitation will be 1 – 8 pm Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow.
