Memorial Service for O.L. Stephens, 61 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on March 1, 1960 to Dorothy (Secondi) Stephens and Oscar Louis Stephens Jr. and passed away on February 23, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Survivors are:

4 Sisters, Jerri Crow of Sallisaw, OK, Debi Denley of Sallisaw, OK, Tonya Stephens of Sallisaw, OK and Karen Fargo of Gans, OK;

3 Brothers, Dan Davenport of Muldrow, OK, Mike Stephens of Sallisaw, OK and James Stephens of Sallisaw, OK;

Special Nephew, Shawn Stephens of Sallisaw, OK;

and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, O.L. and Dorothy Stephens.

Viewing will be 2 – 8 PM Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, OK.
