She was born on November 18, 1959 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Lyndol Gail (Tucker) Kelley and Edgar Ray Kelley and passed away on October 31, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Chris Douglas Russell for 27 years. She was a teller at Spiro State Bank and of the Christian faith.
Survivors are husband, Chris Russell of the home; daughter, Jennifer Hopping and Jim of Muldrow, OK; two grandchildren, Makayla Hopping of Muldrow, OK and Cody Hopping of Muldrow, OK; father, Ed Kelley of Muldrow, OK; two brothers, David Kelley and Tami of Muldrow, OK and Robert Kelley and Jean of Muldrow, OK; three nieces, Ashley Kelley, Sierra Kelley and Amber Bratton; two nephews, Graden Kelley and Chris Kelley; and several other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
