Funeral Service for Parley Hubler, Sr., 78, of Vian, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Gore, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Funeral Service for Parley Hubler, Sr., 78, of Vian, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Gore, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on August 9, 1942 in Gum Springs in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma to Ella Josephine (Powell) Hubler and Peter Penrose Hubler, Sr. and passed away on April 3, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Nettie (Boling) Hubler on December 8, 1962 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was a cowboy, heavy equipment operator and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Survivors are:

wife: Nettie of the home;

2 children: Parley Hubler, Jr. and Cindy of Allen, TX and Cordelia Hubler of Burbank, OK;

7 grandchildren: Brandon Miller and wife Casey, Kira Reed, Jennifer Teed and husband Brian, Sharon Hubler, Kevin Hubler and wife Cierra, Nathan Hubler and Christina Trinidad and husband Kenneth;

11 great-grandchildren: Adam, Jackson, Ava, Aubriana, Breydon, Cheyenne, Santana, Briar, Oliver, Kaitlyn and Julian;

1 brother: Lynn Hubler and Erma of Gore, OK;

1 sister: Mary Mannon of Gore, OK;

numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Simon George Hubler, John Hubler, Douglas Hubler, Penrose Hubler and Frank Hubler; four sisters, Ana Mae Kenny, Josie Swearingen, Hazel Warren and Francis Sumpter; and one grandchild, Mellisa Reed.

Active Pallbearers will be Brandon Miller, Kevin Hubler, Nathan Hubler, Kenneth Trinidad, Brian Teed and Gavin Haddox.

Viewing and Visitation will be 10 AM – 8 PM Friday at Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
