Patricia Ann Rogers-Houser was born on March 19, 1939 in Neelyville, Missouri to Zena Elizabeth Gaither Counts and George Hershel Counts and passed away on September 18, 2019 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister: Mary Dudley and 3 brothers: Wesley Counts, Herschel Counts and Paul Counts.
