Patricia Ann (Herron) Rouell

Graveside service for Patricia Ann Rouell, 87 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 7, 2020 at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on May 31, 1933 in Checotah, Oklahoma to Patricia Ruth (Triplett) Herron and Marsh David Herron and passed away on August 4, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was married to Edgar James Rouell on March 10, 1951 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on September 5, 2004. Mrs. Rouell was a homemaker and a member of McKey Baptist Church. She loved going camping, attending church, cook outs and spending time with family, friends and her favorite dog, Smokey.

Survivors are:

1 daughter: Janet Anderson of Sallisaw, OK;

2 sons: Edgar Rouell, JR and Diana of Tahlequah, OK and Michael Rouell of Sallisaw, OK;

grandchildren: Chad Poor and May of Sallisaw, OK, Todd Poor of Tahlequah, OK, Brittany Anderson of Cookson, OK, Natasha Martinez of Park Hill, OK, Ashley Rhoades and Logan of Park Hill, OK, Heath Rouell and Emma of Sallisaw, OK and Cody Rouell of Sallisaw, OK;

great grandchildren: Logan and Dalton Rouell, Natalie and Evan Poor, Rosey, Joanna, Gabby and Joey Martinez, Madilynn and Riley Rhoades;

brother: Kemroy Herron of Artisian, N.M.;

sister: Joyce West of Artisian, N.M.;

numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sisters: Viola Boyd and Karen Hope Matthews and brothers: Harold and Jack Herron.

Active Pallbearers will be Chad Poor, Todd Poor, Heath Rouell, Cody Rouell, Michael Rouell and Edgar Rouell.

Viewing will be 10 am – 8 pm Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
