Memorial Service for Patricia Lavonne Lee, 86, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on March 24, 1934 in Bristol, South Dakota to Edith (Hulett) Royal and John Royal and passed away on August 18, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was married to Samuel Lee on August 12, 1961. He preceded her in death on December 27, 1995. She was a retired Dispatcher with Southwestern Bell and AT&T. The family would like to give a special ‘Thank You’ to Elara Caring Staff: Misty, Phyllis, Uriah, Kasha, Stephanie and Angie for their wonderful care.

Survivors are:

2 sons: Jeff Lee and Roberta of Huntsville, AR and Greg Lee and Tamera of Sallisaw, OK;

7 grandchildren: Bradley Lee and Samantha, Jeff Lee and Hailey, Nick Lee, Tony Lee, Leisha Boyd and Justin, Trey Jordan and Dillon Eagle;

6 great-grandchildren: Gracie, Gage, Kendall, Hudson, Reis and Emmy;

1 sister: Judy Bauer of Falmouth, MI;

1 brother: Dale Royal of Oklahoma City, OK;

sister-in-law: Jena Rogers of Sallisaw, OK;

several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Samuel Lee; and her brother, Leslie Royal.
