Graveside Service for Patricia R. Carlile, 83 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 9:00am on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on April 23, 1940 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Mary (Sagely) Raney and John Walter Raney and passed away on August 16, 2023 in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. She was married to John Stephen Carlile on August 25, 1962 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on April 22, 1998. She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Mary Kay DeJuliis; sister, Ann Day; and brother, Bill Raney.

Survivors are two daughters Jean Ann Witty and husband Brad of Cypress, Texas, Nila Garrison of Muskogee, Oklahoma; one son, John Stephen Carlile, III and Kevin Leinbach of McKenzie Bridge, Oregon; grandchildren, Michael and Jerry Stiles of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Patricia and James Watson of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Mary Parker and Robert Allison of Owasso, Oklahoma, Cheryl Castillo and Gabriel of Sugarland, Texas, Katherine Medford of Houston, Texas, Sarah Johnson and Ryan of The Woodlands, Texas, Colbi Green of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; nineteen great grandchildren; one sister, Susan Risley of Tahlequah, Oklahoma;, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.

Viewing will be Friday August 18, 2023 from 10am – 8pm with family greeting friends from 6pm – 8pm at Agent-Mallory-Martin Funeral Home is Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
