Patricia "Granny Trish" Watts

Patricia "Granny Trish" Watts, from Sallisaw, Oklahoma, was surrounded by love as she peacefully left us on November 13, 2024, at the age 73. Her charming spirit will be honored with a funeral service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, followed by burial at Buffington Cemetery, guided by the caring hands of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Born on January 6, 1951, in Greasy, Oklahoma, to Mary (Augerhole) and Perry Marce Denny, Patricia filled many lives with joy. She married her beloved husband, Ronald David Watts, on September 1, 1972, in Sallisaw, creating a lifelong partnership.

Patricia was not just known as a devoted home health aide—her legendary cooking brought delight to many gatherings. She had a special talent for creating flower sprays and sewing. Although she enjoyed fishing, nothing brought her more happiness than spending quality time with her grandchildren. 

She is survived by her loving husband,  Ronald Watts of the home; four sons, David Watts and Dawn of Muldrow, OK, Mark Watts of Sallisaw, OK, John Watts and Tammy of Alma, AR and Timothy Watts and Lanie of Siloam Springs, AR; along with her precious grandchildren: Brittani Watts, Lauren Hyatt and Brian, Bryce Watts and Jaiden, Kortni Gentry and Tim, Sara Watts, Brandon Hardin, Zac Stubbs, Olivia Watts, Beckett Watts, Zach Maynor, Katelyn Hurtado and Jason, and Breanna Maynor. Patricia also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren and other cherished relatives and friends who will remember her fondly.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, her dear daughter Rebecca Maynor, her great-grandson Cash Acton, and her brother Perry Denny, Jr. Although she will be deeply missed, her spirit will continue to shine through the memories shared and the love she spread.

To honor Patricia’s legacy, active pallbearers will include Zac Stubbs, Bryce Watts, Zach Maynor, Jason Hurtado, Brian Hyatt, Isaac Denny, and Manuel Rocha.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation from 5 to 7 PM on Friday at the Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, where stories and memories will be shared.
