Patsy Joan Jamison was born on April 15, 1937 in Afton, Oklahoma to H.O. and Ozelle George. She passed away on August 9, 2019 in Inola, Oklahoma at the age of 82 years. Pat attended Afton Schools where she graduated in 1955. She married Don Jamison on March 30, 1956 in Afton. He preceded her in death on September 24, 2014 in Vian, Oklahoma. Don and Pat came to Vian in 1966 when he was working as a road construction contractor. Pat was a homemaker and a member of Vian United Methodist Church. She enjoyed music and singing. Pat especially loved singing the old church hymns.

Survivors are:

1 daughter and son in law: Crystal and Brent Anderson of Inola, OK

1 son and daughter in law: Don Jamison, Jr. and Dixie of Vian, OK

3 grandchildren: Kirsti Anderson, Clint Anderson and Jordan Vasilyuk

5 great grandchildren: Lilli Lingenfelter, Lyla Lingenfelter, Runa Matters, Thera Matters and Lana Vasilyuk

1 sister: Brenda Nowlin and husband, Jerry, of Tulsa, OK

2 brothers: Gary George and wife, Ruth Ann, of Miami, OK and Chuck George of Vinta, OK

several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Viewing will be 1 – 2 PM Wednesday at Vian United Methodist Church in Vian, Oklahoma.
