Graveside Service for Paul Othel Cook, 77, of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on February 1, 1942 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Lorraine Martin Cook and Othel Cook and passed away on September 9, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He married Patsy Burton Cook on August 26, 1961. He was an U.S. Marine Veteran and a concrete truck driver for GCC Concrete Company.

Survivors are:

wife: Patsy of the home;

1 son and daughter in law: Jeffery and Cindy Cook of Muldrow, OK;

1 grandson: Matthew Paul Cook;

4 brothers: Herschel, Cletus, J.R. and Laurel Cook;

several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister: Linda Darden and 1 brother: Grady Cook.

Viewing will be 1 – 8 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma.
