He was born on May 19, 1970 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Jenny (Downing) Kolp and Charles B. Kolp and passed away on February 8, 2022 in Roland, Oklahoma. He was married to Sandra (Phillips) Kolp. Philip was a cook.
Survivors are:
wife, Sandra of Roland, OK;
2 daughters, Tasha Adams and Alicia Adams;
mother, Jenny Kolp of Roland, OK;
1 sister, Sharon Charlton of Roland, OK;
3 brothers, Herman Springer of Maumelle, AR, Jim Kolp of Van Buren, AR and Chuck Kolp of Muldrow, OK;
and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Active Pallbearers will be Duwaine Chase, Trevor Charlton, Jim Kolp, Chuck Kolp and Herman Springer.
Viewing will be 2 – 8 PM Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
