Phyllis (Forest) Burcham

Graveside service for Phyllis Burcham, 90 of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Drakestand Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on January 23, 1932 in Drake Prairie community, Oklahoma to Emma Frances (Hammonds) Forest and James Riley Forest and passed away on December 22, 2022 in Roland, Oklahoma. She was married to Ed Burcham on March 24, 1951 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on February 5, 2005. Mrs. Burcham was a retired line worker from Riverside Furniture.

Survivors are three daughters, Kathy Snow and Jerry of Muldrow, OK, Debbie Jackman and Terry of Bartlesville, OK and Calessia Wann and Tim of Muldrow, OK; six grandchildren, Dewayne, Blaine, Felicia, Jennifer, Kenny and Courtney; two great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; two sisters, Marie and Arbie and three brothers, Junior Ray, James and Gene Forest.

Viewing will be 10 am – 8 pm Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow.
