Funeral Service for Phyllis LaDon Osman, 75 of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 17, 2024 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Czarnikow Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on October 29, 1948 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Mildred Lucille (Boyd) McAllister and Robert Edgar McAllister and passed away on June 13, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Osman was an assembly line worker at Holley and Borg Warner.

Survivors are three sons, Steve Shofner and Paula of Muldrow, OK, Kevin Shofner and Mandy of Muldrow, OK and Heath Shofner and Stephanie Helmer of Muldrow, OK; six grandchildren, Steven Trace Shofner and Madisyn of Muldrow, OK, Brooke Brown and Bryce of Roland, OK, JoeDan Shofner of Bentonville, AR, Blaze Shofner of Muldrow, OK, Addison Shofner of Muldrow, OK, and Justin Shofner of Muldrow, OK; two sisters, Judy Young of Muldrow, OK and Janis Eoff of Fort Smith, AR; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Jerry, Bob and Jack McAllister.

Active Pallbearers will be Steve Shofner, Kevin Shofner, Heath Shofner, Steven Trace Shofner, JoeDan Shofner, Blaze Shofner, Justin Shofner and Bryce Brown. 

Viewing will be 2 - 8 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow where the family will greet 3 - 5 pm.
