She was born on November 19, 1995 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Vicki Lynn (Johnson) and Christopher Scott Fowler and passed away on January 9, 2022 in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma.

Survivors are:

Daughter, Haven Lynn Russell of the home;

Mother, Vicki Johnson of the home;

Father, Christopher Fowler of Muldrow, OK;

Sisters, Storm’e Ortega and her husband, Jesse of Liberty, OK and Breez’e Fowler of Liberty, OK;

Niece, Meadow Ortega;

Nephews, Colter Ortega and Eugene Ortega;

Grandparents, Terry and Janet Needham of Liberty, OK;

Numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
