Funeral Service for Randy Lee Smith, 66, of Fort Smith, Arkansas will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Cottonwood Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on July 23, 1955 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Edna Rosanna (Powell) Smith and Harold Elmo Smith and passed away on September 28, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Randy was a truck driver.

Survivors are:

2 sons: Nathan Zachery Lee Smith of Fort Smith, AR and Brandon Lee Smith of Fort Smith, AR;

1 daughter: Mandy Westcott Roach of Saint Joseph, MO;

1 step-daughter: Rebecca Jensen of Fayetteville, AR;

1 grandson: Ryan;

4 sisters: Judy Henson of Decatur, TX, Connie Aich of Muskogee, OK, Kathy Raymond of Broken Arrow, OK and Debbie Lindsey of Fort Gibson, OK;

2 brothers: Ricky Smith of Brookfield, WI and Gailen Smith of Muldrow, OK;

and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Edna Smith; wife, Abby; two sisters, Martha Watson and Donna Smith; and one brother, Phillip Smith.

Active Pallbearers will be Nathan Zachery Lee Smith, Brandon Lee Smith, Stephen Smith, Joseph Smith, Creighton Smith and Camden Matthews.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jason Rogers and Kyle Chandler.

Viewing will be 1 – 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
