He was born on September 11, 1941 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Reba Dalton (McGee) Wilkins and Raymond Jackson Wilkins, Sr. and passed away on April 21, 2018 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Shirley Wilkins on October 20, 2000 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He was the Owner/Operator of All Seasons Heat and Air and a U.S. Army and Navy veteran.
Survivors are:
Wife: Shirley of the home
5 daughters: Terri Lynn Taylor of Sallisaw, OK, Tina Camky of Sallisaw, OK, Karen Ippolito of Spring, TX, Valerie Messmer of Hayward, CA, and Machelle Williams of Myrtle Creek, OR
2 sons: Larry Melton of Sallisaw, OK and Rodger Andrews of Sallisaw, OK
numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren
1 brother: Jerry Dan Wilkins of Missouri
numerous other relatives and friends
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Reba Wilkins and 1 brother, Gary Lee Wilkins
