Raymond Leon Lee

Funeral Service for Raymond Leon Lee, 92, of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Lee’s Chapel Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on August 31, 1929 in Muldrow, Oklahoma to Maggie (Faulkner) Lee and Fred Lee and passed away on December 22, 2021 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He was married to Opeal Lee (Reeves) Lee on November 14, 1949 in Fresno, California. Raymond was a home builder and contractor and started while the family was still living in California. They moved back home to Oklahoma where he began building in the late 1960’s. He built homes, churches and innumerable other buildings for the rest of his life, having built his current and last home at the age of 82 in 2001. He was notable for building the First Assembly of God Church and Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home, both in Muldrow. He loved horses and riding, but was above all a family man. He adored his family and they adored him. Raymond and his children were musically inclined and were well-known for providing music at the local nursing homes for 50 years.

2 Daughters, Linda Dyer of Muldrow, OK and Glenda Fouts of Muldrow, OK;

1 Son, Randy Lee of Muldrow, OK;

5 Grandchildren, Chanda Price and Husband, Brent, of Muldrow, OK, Heath Fouts and Wife, Amanda, of Muldrow, OK, Briana Copeland and Husband, Kevin, of Muldrow, OK, Chad Lee and Wife, Emma, of Centerton, AR and Braden Fouts and Wife, Andrea, of Muldrow, OK;

12 Great-Grandchildren, Joshua Price, Ashley Price, Georgia Fouts, Rue Fouts, Brody Wood, Josie Speaker, Presleigh Copeland, Clara Lee, Marcie Lee, Hayes Lee, Esther Fouts and Adeline Fouts;

3 Sisters, Patsy Wood of Riverdale, CA, Mary Gee of Hanford, CA and Marilyn Johnson of Selma, CA;

2 Brothers, Arthur Lee of Selma, CA and George Lee of Muldrow, OK;

and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Maggie Lee; and his siblings, Junior Lee, Robert Lee, Tinney Maude Allison, Joe Lee, Jack Lee, Ronald Gene Lee and Martha Sewell.

Active Pallbearers will be Heath Fouts, Chad Lee, Braden Fouts, Brent Price, Kevin Copeland, Larry Dyer, Joshua Price and Brody Wood.

Viewing and Visitation will be Noon – 8 PM Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
