Renee Lee (Wasson) Burrell

Memorial service for Renee Burrell, 59 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 7:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2023 at United Faith Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on June 13, 1963 in Garden City, Kansas to Darlene Faye (Duvall) VanCampen and Lawrence Lee Wasson and passed away on May 17, 2023 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Renee worked at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts for 10 years. She was a loving mother, sister and friend who was known to light up a room when she walked in. Her love and stories will be missed by all.

Survivors are one daughter, Jolee Caves of Sallisaw, OK; two sisters, Jill Williamson and Randy of Bartlesville, OK and Gale VanCampen and Bobby of Yukon, OK; two brothers, Wade Wasson and Kelly of Sallisaw, OK and Travis VanCampen of Sallisaw, OK; stepfather, Don VanCampen of Lawrence, KS; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Darlene VanCampen and Larry Wasson.
