She was born on June 25, 1969 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Rita Sallee and Claude Sallee and passed away on July 24, 2024 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker, who loved to clean, and was a neat freak. She loved to be around her grandkids.

Survivors are two sons, Justin Mannon of Sallisaw, OK and McAlester Mannon of California; two grandchildren, Kason Mannon and Hendrix Mannon; one sister, Claudia Lasseter of Muskogee, OK; two brothers, Kevin Sallee and Brian Sallee, both of Muskogee, OK; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
