Celebration of Life Service for Richard Dale Crutchfield, 70 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
He was born on February 7, 1953 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Lady Hyacinth (Sparks) Crutchfield and John Sewell Crutchfield and passed away on August 8, 2023 in Vian, Oklahoma. He was married to Pamela (Smithson) Crutchfield on October 18, 1971 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Crutchfield was a retired law enforcement officer and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors are wife, Pamela of the home; one daughter, Shawnya Slattery and Rod of Richardson, TX; three grandchildren, Riley Slattery of Starkville, MS, Walker Slattery of Richardson, TX and Keira Slattery of Richardson, TX; one brother, Johnnie Lee “Buddy” Crutchfield and Dean of Oolagah, OK; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Mavis June Luttrell, Patricia Ann Crowson; Mary Jo Hemphill and Lynda Sue Simmons; and two brothers, Johnny Crutchfield and Luther Crutchfield.
