Richard 'Lee' Hendricks

Funeral Service for Richard “Lee” Hendricks, 76, of Roland, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Roland, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on February 9, 1946 in Arkoma, Oklahoma to Allie Adelle (Phillips) Hendricks and Ira L. Hendricks and passed away on September 14, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Sue Hendricks on August 13th, 1977. He worked for Baldor Electric for 10 years and retired from Whirlpool after 21 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the great outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of Zion Missionary Baptist Church of Roland, Oklahoma.

Survivors are:

wife of 45 years, Sue of the home;

3 daughters, Amy Kiefer and Ronald, Sherry Acosta of Fort Smith, AR and Angie Fowlkes and Steve of Muldrow, OK;

10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren;

2 brothers, John Hendricks and Dianna of Muldrow, OK and Andy Lusk of Muldrow, OK;

and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Leighana Lewis; one son, parents, and several brothers and sisters.

Active Pallbearers will be Matthew Acosta, Benjamin Fowlkes, Stephen Paul Fowlkes, Steve Fowlkes, Cecil Harvell and Eddie Burns.

Viewing will be Noon – 8 PM Friday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
