Funeral Service for Richard McGee, 55, of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Blackjack Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on May 5, 1968 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Emma Faye (Smith) McGee and William Franklin McGee and passed away on December 27, 2023 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He was married to Tammy (Sumner) McGee on May 6, 1989 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Richard was a Lead Man at Baldor Electric, where he worked for 21 years, and a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Survivors are wife, Tammy of the home; two daughters, Kathryn Sweeten and Mikel of Palm Bay, FL and Taylor Watson and Timothy of Muldrow, OK; one son, Charles McGee and Cameron of Muldrow, OK; five grandchildren, Charlize, Joseph, Ashlynn, Iris and Kenneth; two sisters, Reta Lovell of Muldrow, OK Emma Caves of Sallisaw, OK; three brothers, William McGee of Muldrow, OK, James McGee of Barling, AR and Kevin McGee of Roland, OK; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Oreta McGee and Frank and Emma McGee; three sisters, Martha McGee, Mary McGee and Lucy Dominic; and his mother-in-law, Mary Sumner.

Active Pallbearers will be Stephen Magers, Michael Magers, Darren Bodnar, Tim Jones, Chris McTyre and Dion Green.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the men of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Muldrow.

Viewing will be 1 – 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
